Hello everyone! I’m Szewah and I’m a Co-Project Manager for EDIfice. I’m super excited to work alongside my wonderful Co-PM Allison, and the EDIfice Team! I am currently in my third year of GCM where I’m planning on completing a concentration in Packaging and a minor in Communication Design. I really enjoy the technical and hands-on components that GCM has to offer! During my free time, I like to expand on and challenge my creativity skills on Procreate.

 

In addition to my studies, I’m the Vice President of Academics for the GCM Course Union where I’m responsible for providing and creating academic resources, guides, support, and reminders for incoming and current GCM students. I am looking forward to participating and attending Ryepack and GCM Colloquium events throughout the school year.

 

I wanted to be part of EDIfice to continue to educate myself and others about the social injustices that individuals may face on a daily basis. Employers will hopefully be able to reassess their social environments and learn about how they can make their workplace a safe space for all. Challenging inequality is something that can be applied to any industry, including and outside of the graphic arts, and my team and I are all hoping to make a difference.
