Hi everyone! I’m Shelby, and I’m a Blogger and Researcher, as well as a Creative Associate for our EDIfice team. I mainly work alongside my amazing co-bloggers/researchers Mackenzie and Serena! I am pursuing a concentration in Packaging and a minor in Communication Design. I am currently working as a Multimedia Designer for Ryerson in the CCS department. I love bringing my knowledge of GCM to my job and honing my skills as a designer. 

 

I wanted to be part of EDIfice because I am passionate about what our mission is: educating employers and employees on combating discrimination within the workforce. By talking about this issue, we hope individuals can recognize and respond confidently to any inequality they may encounter in the workplace, and encourage an equal, discrimination free environment.
