Hello there! I’m Mackenzie Wettlaufer, the Director of Content and Research for EDIfice! I’ll be working alongside Serena and Shelby to create our team’s blogs and webinar content. I’m currently in my third year of the GCM program at Ryerson and am working towards a double minor in Business Essentials and Public Relations. Outside of GCM, I’m also a Marketing and Social Media Assistant for an insurance brokerage.

 

I joined the EDIfice team to gain a better understanding of the different types of discrimination that occur in the workplace. By advancing my own understanding of the topic, I will be able to react accordingly to discrimination I may witness, as well as better educate those around me on this important issue.
