Hi friends! I’m Patricia Lau and I am the Social Media Director and also working with the blogging and researching team for EDIfice. I am thrilled to be working with such an amazing group and especially excited to work alongside the amazing marketing team, Wafiq and Lindsey. I am currently in my third year at Ryerson University studying GCM as my major. I will be completing a minor in Communication and Design with a concentration in Packaging. For this year, I am GCM Course Union’s Vice President of Events and hoping to expand my circle by attending industry events and webinars.

 

EDIfice has become really important to me as our mission is to encourage conversations about how to challenge and potentially overcome discrimination for both employers and employees. Maintaining a workplace free of discrimination is critical and encouraging an appropriate workplace culture is important to me. By talking about this issue, EDIfice hopes to see individuals call out anti-equality discrimination wherever they are and to feel empowered to encourage an equal workplace environment.
